Tai Chi & Qigong Regular Classes
Learn basic techniques of Tai Chi - a gentle revitalising way to exercise the body and relax the mind - and simple routines of Qigong - management of vital energy. The offered routines can be practised anywhere and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The participants will improve their muscular strength, coordination, balance and posture. For better results and personal attention, the groups are limited to 5 people only. The duration of the course is 1 term (8 Weeks, 1 session per week).
